The following is our ordering information, some terms of sale as well as our company policies:


ORDERING INFORMATION

You may order any of our products online using PayPal. You will find a 'Buy Now' button at the bottom of each of our product pages. Clicking on that button will immediately direct you to our PayPal server where you may purchase the product right then and there. We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. We encourage you to use PayPal, not only for its convenience, but also because it is the safest and most secure way to send money through the internet. If you are not already a member of PayPal you may sign up for free here: www.paypal.com

You may also send a check or an INTERNATIONAL Money Order in US FUNDS, negotiable in Canada, and made payable to:

TERMS OF SALE

As we're sure you know, when you purchase one of our (or anyone else's!) magic effects, you are not only buying the prop, gimmick and/or instructions, but you are also purchasing the SECRET of how that effect is done. The true value of any magic trick is the SECRET. Therefore, once that secret is learned, you cannot return the item as you would another type of product. This is not only our policy, but the policy of most other magic suppliers as well. We want to be fair to everyone who purchases our effects, so for that reason all sales are FINAL and we do not accept returns.

That being said, in the unlikely event that you receive an item that is defective due to our manufacturing process, within 30 days of the purchase date, we will gladly repair or replace the item or materials. Please keep in mind that general wear and tear or abuse is not covered. Be sure to contact us directly if there are any problems.

JPS Magic believes in the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. We feel that it is not only a good business practice, but we simply like to treat others as we would want to be treated ourselves! However, as a customer, it is important to know your skill level and your magic act, objectives and goals when acquiring magic props. Whether it is strictly to feed your hobby or an addition to a professional act, the purchase of every trick and effect must be carefully thought out. For these reasons, we kindly ask that you consider your purchases carefully. Thank you for your understanding.

SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICIES

US & Canadian Shipping & Handling

Once your order has been processed we generally ship within 1-2 business days from the time your order is received. We prefer to send US and Canadian shipments via "Expedited Post". This is due to the fact that we have found these delivery choices to be dependable and cost effective. In addition, these options include insurance and tracking. Of course, if you would like us to ship via another method, please contact us before you place your order, and we would be happy to give you alternative shipping and handling cost estimates. We do insure the parcel for the price of the product.

International Shipping & Handling

Once your order has been processed we generally ship with in 1-2 business days from the time your order is received. We prefer to send International shipments via "International Tracked Parcel". This is due to the fact that we have found this delivery choice to be dependable and cost effective. In addition, this option includes insurance and tracking. Of course, if you would like us to ship via another method, please contact us before you place your order, and we would be happy to give you alternative shipping cost estimates. We do insure the parcel for the price of the product.

For all orders:

Canada - Shipped via Expedited Post - Approximately 1-5 business days
USA - Shipped via Expedited Post - Approximately 6-9 Business days
International - Shipped via International Tracked Parcel - Approximately 7-14 Business days

Please note that shipping times are approximations only and are not guaranteed times. Only business days are counted, and this does not include weekends, or Canadian/destination holidays. In the unlikely event your parcel is late due to shipping, only contact us if your order has taken over 30 days from the time it was shipped if you are within Canada or the United States. Please allow 45 days if your are outside of Canada or the United States. We cannot initiate an investigation or trace on your parcel until the above times have passed.

If you are in the United States or you are an International customer, as mentioned above you may also request a faster shipping service, however please note that additional shipping charges will apply. To obtain faster levels of shipping service qutoes, please contact us before you place your order and provide us with your full name and address, and we can then provide you with faster shipping service quotes.
